Since 2018, we curate the publishing sector for Milan Photography Fair. 

For this edition, we have dedicated a focus to independant projects that we want to support and bring to you: Metronom Books (Modena, It), Friends Make Books (Torino, It), Bolo Paper (Milano, It), Départ pour l’Image (Milano, It), Flaneur Magazine (Berlin, Ge), Analog Magazine (Zurich, Sw), a+m Contemporary (Milano, It).

And we are very happy to welcome british critic Gerry Badger for a talk on protest books in Japan and Italy on Saturday 23rd at 5pm.

Gerry Badger: Japanese and Italian Protest Books from the 70’s.
Gerry Badger is a photographer, architect, and photographic critic. He has written extensively for the photographic press, and has curated a number of exhibitions, including The Photographer as Printmaker (1980) for the Arts Council of Great Britain, and Through the Looking Glass: Post-war British Photography(1989) for the Barbican Arts Centre, London.
