L’AIC est une subvention attribué par la Direction Régionale des Affaires Culturelles (DRAC) chaque année afin de soutenir la création dans la région Sud.
Afin de déterminer les artistes et projets dont la qualité et les besoins justifierait de recevoir cette aide, la DRAC a fait appel à nous pour étudier les dossiers, les parcours et rencontrer les artistes postulant.

delegation, each year to support creation in the Southern region of France.
In order to allocate aid to artists and projects who would benefit the most from it for the development of their careers, the DRAC calls on rapporteurs who meet the artists, study the files and present them to the commission.

Avec burning (with pleasure), archipelago mène depuis 2015 un travail de veille et d’analyse du panorama de l’edition indépendante.
Souvent conçue comme une pratique artistique en elle-même, l’édition prend de multiples formes et dialogue avec d’autres mediums tels que la scénographie, la performance, la vidéo...
La recherche menée par le studio sur ce domaine donne lieu à des expositions, des ateliers, des programmes publics, des installations, des performances dans une diversité d'environnements.

With burning (with pleasure), archipelago has been monitoring and analyzing the independent publishing landscape since 2015.
Often perceived as an artistic practice in itself by artists, publishing takes multiple forms and dialogues with other mediums such as scenography, performance, video...
It is this rich area that this research explores. This gives rise to exhibitions, workshops, public programs, installations, performances in a diversity of environments.
